NOTICE OF ROAD VACATION HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Homer Town Board will hold a public hearing on July 13, 2026 at

5:30 p.m. at the Homer Town Hall, 36087 Old Homer Rd, Winona, MN 55987 for the purpose of

receiving public input and for the Town Board to consider and act on the proposed vacation of

the portion of Old Cartway Drive between Madison Street and Homer Avenue. Interested

persons are encouraged to attend the hearing.
